Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim has announced a further aid of Rs 10 million for the rehabilitation of earthquake victims in the NWFP and Azad Kashmir, it is learnt here on Friday. Earlier, the province had given Rs 50 million in the President Relief Fund for the affected people of Islamabad, NWFP, and the Northern Areas.

In the meantime Sindh is doing its best to collect funds and necessary relief goods for the marooned people of the northern region. NGOs and other philanthropic organisations are supporting government efforts.
